Credible Case Manager (CCM)
The Credible Case Manager (CCM) Model is an innovative, relation-centered framework for reentry support, youth diversion, and violence prevention. This model redefines the role of credible messengers—not just as mentors, but as trained, professional case managers who walk alongside system-impacted individuals through their journey of personal growth and successful reintegration.
CCMs facilitate cohort-based group programming and provide individualized case management, addressing core areas such as life skills, emotional wellness, and career readiness. With deep ties to the community and lived experience, CCMs help participants navigate complex barriers including gang influences, educational gaps, and employment challenges—empowering them to build a strong foundation for long-term success.
Financial Literacy
This 4-week, individualized program empowers young people with essential money management skills and the confidence to take control of their financial futures. Participants engage in one-on-one sessions led by experienced coaches from the finance industry, offering real-world insights and personalized guidance.
The program covers core topics such as budgeting, saving, managing debt, and building credit, while also exploring practical banking knowledge—including how to choose accounts, understand credit cards, and improve credit scores.


Career Readiness
This initiative explores lessons on how to secure employment. Attendees learn how to write a resumé and cover letter, practice mock interviewing, search for job opportunities tailored to their interest, along with other helpful advice such as how to create a powerful LinkedIn profiles to stand out in a competitive job search.
Community Building Circles
Evidence shows that restorative interventions are effective in changing behavior and reducing youth recidivism. This initiative not only strengthens community and peer relationships, but also creates a safe, judgment-free space where participants can open up, feel heard, and begin to heal. Through consistent engagement, the program fosters deeper bonds between mentees and mentors, allowing trust to form and meaningful guidance to take root. In this environment, youth and adults learn accountability, develop essential life skills, and begin to break cycles of harm—both for themselves and their communities.


HER Leadership
This initiative creates a supportive space where women mentors and mentees come together to foster confidence, healing, and leadership. Through guided conversations and group sessions, participants explore topics such as self-love, mental health, safe boundaries, and what it means to be a leader in today’s world.
HER Leadership is rooted in connection and sisterhood, providing a space for women to uplift one another, share lived experiences, and build meaningful relationships. By centering wellness and community, we empower participants to step into their full potential—as individuals and as future leaders.
Pathway 2 Progress
This 8-week hands-on program equips young people with essential life skills, goal-setting strategies, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Participants create personalized action plans, reflect on their personal journeys, and set meaningful goals for growth and success.
More than a skill-building series, Pathway 2 Progress serves as a proactive violence prevention and diversion initiative—offering youth the structure, mentorship, and motivation needed to chart a positive course for their futures.


Moving Foward
This 9-week gun diversion program piloted in partnership with the Center for Justice Innovation (CJI), New Rochelle Courts’s OYP (Opportunity Youth Part) initiative. Designed for young people facing gun-related charges, the program offers a restorative, relationship-centered alternative to traditional court involvement. Led by credible messengers, the program combines peer-led restorative circles, interactive journaling, transformational mentorship, and solutions-focused strategies to address the root causes of gun carrying. Participants are guided through a process of self-reflection, accountability, and behavior change, using real-life experiences as the foundation for personal growth and safer decision-making.
Fathering Forward
In partnership with Lyfe Chess Ink, led by a Lived Experience Expert with a LCSW, Fathering Forward is a 6-week initiative that brings together young fathers for a community-driven experience centered on dialogue, connection, and growth. Each session offers a space to explore the challenges and rewards of fatherhood while building practical skills and emotional resilience. Rooted in accountability, healing, and shared purpose, the program fosters deeper relationships, encourages personal development, and empowers participants to grow as fathers, role models, and leaders within their families and communities.


D.R.I.L.L. TALK
Developing Real Insight Through Learning & Leadership (D.R.I.L.L.) is a gang intervention and prevention initiative that uses one-hour, interactive workshops to engage youth in critical conversations around critical thinking and decision-making. Led by credible messengers with firsthand experience in gangs and the justice system, the program offers honest dialogue and tools to help young people navigate street pressures, avoid destructive cycles, and build a path toward stability.
Voices To Be Heard
This civic advocacy initiative inspires youth to speak up for themselves and their communities, with a focus on reforming the child welfare and criminal justice systems. Participants gain essential skills in public speaking, policy analysis, and community organizing—using their lived experiences as a foundation for crafting powerful, ethical, and evidence-based calls for systemic change. The program equips young leaders with the tools to challenge the very systems that have shaped their lives, fostering a new generation of confident, informed change agents committed to justice and equity.


The Power of Movement
This community-centered 6-week fitness program is designed to motivate individuals through a holistic approach to health and fitness. Delivered to different neighborhoods, the program combines targeted exercises, empowerment assemblies, and group activities that focus on the benefits of CrossFit and calisthenics training. Participants will build strength, endurance, and mobility while cultivating a sense of community and support.
